[00:02:49] You know, saying like you could make an argument that dudes like to are being set up to be the face of the league if they can follow through.

[00:02:58] Patrick Mahomes is the face of the league because he's been successful and he plays in Kansas City.

[00:03:04] So I think Paul Pierce has the NFL confused with the league that he played in because until LeBron James came along and still throughout LeBron James.

[00:03:16] All the media talks about is LeBron James, the Lakers.

[00:03:21] They still want the mix to be good every year and they might not pay attention to Sacramento.

[00:03:27] But I'm sure if a generational player went to Sacramento, they would get talked about the same way that Orlando got talked about when they got Dwight Howard.

[00:03:38] So why wouldn't a two time MVP including a unanimous MVP?

[00:03:44] Or maybe we need to have a whole different conversation. If he's not a face of the league, then who is what is.

[00:03:52] You know last night that game that we watched at Arrowhead Stadium was against two quarterbacks that are considered Titans in this league.

[00:04:02] So if Lamar Jackson is not a face of the NFL, what is he?

[00:04:08] And so as I was trying to wrap my mind around because I am too far. So I was trying to find an angle like what could he mean?

[00:04:17] Why would Lamar not be a face of the league?

[00:04:20] Why would and I was thinking about it and I was like, you know who was a face of the league?

[00:04:24] Ray Lewis was a face of the league.

[00:04:28] Like he was like at one point you could argue that Ray Lewis was one of the most polarizing or outside of quarterback seems probably the most popular player in the league.

[00:04:39] You know, you can't tell me that Ed Reed wasn't a face of the league. He's considered the greatest safety of all time by some.

[00:04:47] So I don't know where he gets this thought from that a city can preclude you from being the face of your league.

[00:04:57] It sounds like somebody's just on TV to talk.

[00:06:25] He's like, and that's where that whole face of Lee comes from because if he was on KG, he probably would have been authentic like yo Lamar can't be the face of Lee because he's a country black dude from Florida.

[00:06:38] If that's that's the only reason I can think why he isn't being highlighted as a face of Lee because he doesn't fit what the football fan thinks of as a marketable piece for a diverse league because he is very black, very southern,

[00:07:03] Maybe that's the reason but maybe you can't say that on TV.

[00:07:07] But if that's the only reason I could think of why he's not the face of the league, but also do you need a face of the league when you are a quarterback two time MVP?
