[00:01:22] That's the thing that I don't understand about Americans
[00:01:25] Is that we talk about helping the little guy
[00:01:27] We talk about being generous
[00:01:30] Helping the less fortunate
[00:01:31] But every time we get an opportunity
[00:01:34] We side with the power structure
[00:01:37] You know, when the rich people are running roughshod over the poor
[00:01:42] We don't care about the poor
[00:01:44] We say the rich person has the right to be a dick
[00:01:48] So, when I look at these coaches
[00:01:50] College football
[00:01:50] We've been talking about it for years
[00:01:52] Players weren't getting paid
[00:01:54] Universities making all this money off of them
[00:01:57] Nobody's coming to a Big Ten game
[00:01:59] To see the commissioner
[00:02:02] You know, we were there to see J.J. McCarthy last year

[00:02:44] Coaching is also guiding
[00:02:47] So, if you have young men on your team
[00:02:51] That are not acting right
[00:02:52] That are not being disciplined
[00:02:54] Like, I mean, we're having conversations now
[00:02:56] About, like, say UCF, for example
[00:02:58] K.J. Jefferson got benched
[00:02:59] People saying, did they just blow up their NIL program
[00:03:02] Because now they benched him
[00:03:05] Who's going to transfer there now?
[00:03:07] Well, if you look at the tape
[00:03:08] And you watch the games
[00:03:09] You see K.J. Jefferson's playing like shit
[00:03:13] So why should he continue to play
[00:03:16] Just so someone else could come in?

[00:28:24] the confidence that you can get from beating a team like Baltimore. These are the number one and
[00:28:31] number two scoring offenses in the league. Last week it was Baltimore and Washington,
[00:28:35] so the consistent thing here is Baltimore's offense. Tampa's receivers should be able to
[00:28:40] win these battles against the DBs, but is Tampa going to be able to run the ball? Sean Tucker came
[00:28:47] out of nowhere, Syracuse's finest, 14 rushes, 136 yards against the Saints last week. My guy,
[00:28:54] Bucky Irvin, another 14 rushes for 76 yards. So, I think this is going to be a good game.
[00:29:00] I'm going with the home team, Tampa, you know, to pull off the Monday Night upset and
[00:29:05] then finally the Chargers and the Cardinals. Two of the hardest teams for me to figure out this
[00:29:10] year. You know, in my early season projections, I picked the Cardinals to finish third in the West
[00:29:15] ahead of Seattle. You know, the Cardinals one week will beat the 49ers and they show up the
[00:29:20] next week and can't move the ball against Green Bay. The Chargers, hopefully Coach Harbaugh's stomach
[00:29:26] is okay and he leaves those big ribs alone before the game, but at least I know what to expect week to
[00:29:32] week from the Chargers. They're going to run the ball. They're going to play defense. They're going
[00:29:36] to be conservative and take the air out the football and they're going to try to bully you
[00:29:40] around the yard. Now, the problem with Arizona is they have talent, but they have it everywhere.
[00:29:47] They don't need it. You know, outside of Marvin Harrison, who, you know, of course had the
[00:29:51] concussion last week. You know, you got Michael Wilson out there, no relation. You know,
[00:29:57] Trey McBride, you got Kyle O'Berry. But of course the question is going to be, can they run the ball?
[00:30:06] James Conner. They haven't been running the ball the way that they ran the ball last year.
[00:30:12] So it's going to be a tough game, but the good news for the Chargers is you're not traveling very
[00:30:16] far. Usually we care when these West Coast teams have to fly to the Meadowlands, to Tennessee,
[00:30:23] to Jacksonville, but you're just going across the road. You're just going across the road,
[00:30:30] one state over. So give me the Chargers on Monday night football. And that's how we roll it for this
[00:30:35] week. Those are the picks, you know, and we're going to move on to college football. So before we
[00:30:45] get to the big games, let's talk about upset alert, you know, and I've learned that I'm really good at
[00:30:53] picking these teams to cover, but the straight up upset, not so much, but I guess nobody truly is.
[00:30:59] That's why they're upsets. So let's go. Upset alert. Give me Auburn covering against Missouri,
[00:31:06] NC State covering against Cal, Nebraska covering the six and a half at Bloomington against the
[00:31:12] Hoosiers. Give me Wake Forest over UConn. Now for my actual upsets, give me South Carolina to go into
[00:31:22] Norman. It's still October, damn it. They going to get somebody. And the one thing about Oklahoma,
[00:31:28] you know, Gaylord Memorial Stadium is you always hear how great Oklahoma's home field advantage is.
[00:31:36] But to some degree, they remind me a lot of Alabama. I don't know how good your home field
[00:31:42] is because the team is always good. So it's not the home field, it's the team. And oh, by the way,
[00:31:48] Oklahoma doesn't play Texas there. We just saw Oklahoma lose a couple of weeks to Tennessee
[00:31:54] on that field. So I'm taking South Carolina, you know, give me Toledo over Northern Illinois.
[00:32:01] And the upset that makes my stomach hurt. Give me Florida over Kentucky. Everybody's fixated,
[00:32:08] myself included, on when Billy Napier is getting fired. That defense is playing well. They held
[00:32:14] Tennessee scoreless in the first half last week. Kentucky, you just never know what you're going to
[00:32:18] get. Life is like a box of chocolates. So give me Florida and the swamp against Kentucky.
[00:32:24] And then two more upsets for you. Give me Colorado. Now, you know, Travis Hunter is playing.
[00:32:31] Give me Colorado to go out to Tucson and get a win over the Wildcats. And then the big one,
[00:32:37] give me the Razorbacks. Vietnam at night. I wore Tennessee two weeks ago. Now I'm worn in LSU.
[00:32:45] You're on upset watch and you're going down. All right. So now on to the big one. All eyes on
[00:32:54] Austin, Texas. This is a game that's going to play a big role in the future of college football and
[00:33:01] determining what that future is. Georgia has been on a crazy run since 2017. You know, they beat Nick
[00:33:10] Saban for a national title, beat TCU for another one. Last year, they were probably good enough to win
[00:33:16] the national title, but they lost the SEC title game to Alabama. Their last five losses are to Alabama.
[00:33:25] What I didn't say is Texas. Okay. Now, Texas comes into this game number one in the nation.
[00:33:32] Deservedly so, you know, because I don't believe in this whole concept of Oregon beat Ohio State. So
[00:33:39] they got to automatically be number one. You beat the organs of 21, nothing by the way,
[00:33:43] with 11 minutes left in the second quarter. And here's Florida State coming down the field,
[00:33:48] you know, kickoff return. That's a touchdown, y'all, you know, but when I look at this,
[00:33:57] I struggle because I don't know who Texas has beat that I'm supposed to be impressed with.
[00:34:01] I look at Colorado State, Louisiana Monroe, Oklahoma, you know, with the quarterback that
[00:34:08] didn't start the season, you know, UTSA, who is not UTSA of two years ago, Louisiana Monroe.
[00:34:19] So when I look at Texas, they haven't been pushed yet because they haven't had anybody to push them.
[00:34:24] And don't forget, and I didn't forget to mention the game in the big house a couple of weeks ago,
[00:34:29] where Michigan still doesn't even know who their quarterback is. Texas came into that game right
[00:34:34] away. And that's the thing where I talked about how you look at things in a simple manner,
[00:34:40] you know, saying what it do, Florida State just ran to kickoff back. That's what it do.
[00:34:44] Scores now 17, 13, Duke 14, 49 left to go in the third quarter. But when I look at Texas,
[00:34:52] right, sometimes when you look at these bets, you've got to look at trends. So I would feel
[00:34:59] as strange as it is to say, I would feel way more comfortable with Texas in this game if the game was
[00:35:04] at Georgia. Like when I think back and I look back at this, I think about Texas playing toe-to-toe
[00:35:11] with Joe Burrow, but they couldn't get it done in the end. You know, two years ago, Bryce Young comes in,
[00:35:18] leads the drive down the field to get the game with a field goal. But then they went to Tuscaloosa last
[00:35:23] year, lay off the smack of down. You know, they played Georgia a couple of years ago. Remember Sam
[00:35:28] Ellinger, Texas is back. Not quite then, but they beat Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. But for some reason,
[00:35:35] Texas doesn't seem to win these games at home. Now back to what I was saying before about the college
[00:35:42] in the future of college football. So Georgia was supposed to be the big bad bully of the block.
[00:35:48] Nick Saban's gone. It's your world. But then they got smacked around by Kalen DeBoer.
[00:35:55] Georgia has a very thin room for error because not only do they have this game, they go to Oxford to
[00:36:01] play Ole Miss. They are the best team in the SEC, but sometimes the best team loses. You know,
[00:36:07] you know, they still have to play Tennessee later this season. Georgia Tech is no slouch,
[00:36:13] even though Haynes King is out tomorrow against Notre Dame. You know, so when I look at this,
[00:36:18] this game goes a long way because next year, when Quinn Ewers hands those keys over to Arch Manning,
[00:36:25] a lot of people are going to jump on the bandwagon and have Texas as the favorite next year.
[00:36:29] So is Georgia going to allow Texas to come take their spot? Or is Kirby Smart just going to push
[00:36:37] somebody when he doesn't get his way? So Georgia, ever since the Alabama game in the second half,
[00:36:46] when they made the furious comeback that just fell short, that offense has been humming,
[00:36:52] humming, I tell you. And I don't know if Texas has played against any quarterback this year
[00:36:57] back and challenged them the way that Carson Beck will. I'm not a big Carson Beck fan to begin with,
[00:37:03] but he's hands down the best quarterback that Texas has played against this season so far.
[00:37:08] You know, the problem for Georgia is, are they looking, were they looking ahead? Because last week
[00:37:14] they gave up 31 points to Mississippi State's second straight quarterback. Texas, like I mentioned,
[00:37:21] no pass teams, but they're number two against the pass. Not after tomorrow.
[00:37:26] They are number two in red zone defense. Not after tomorrow. So Georgia doesn't need to win this game
[00:37:34] to save their season. They don't need this game to make the playoff even. They need this game
[00:37:42] because they need to reestablish themselves and remind everybody on who the fuck they are.
[00:37:49] So I'm taking the Bulldogs in a 34-31 upset because this game is an inflection point for Georgia's
[00:37:58] program going forward. Then you go down to Knoxville, third Saturday in October, get your cigars ready.
[00:38:07] The Crimson Tide are coming through. Now we remember the scene two years ago, Hendon Hooker,
[00:38:13] you know, Mr. Logical always talks about how the kicker committed a false start on the game
[00:38:18] when they feel goal 52-49. You know, that was Bryce Young's last year. Last year, Tennessee
[00:38:24] went into Tuscaloosa, took a 20-6 halftime lead. And then Nick Saban said play time is over.
[00:38:30] Tennessee didn't score again. Seven point loss down in Tuscaloosa. This game is this week's
[00:38:37] OK Corral matchup, meaning this might be your 47-41 type game. These teams aren't going to stop each
[00:38:46] other because both of their weaknesses are in the secondary. Now, Tennessee has a lot of concern
[00:38:51] because the last two weeks I mentioned how Florida shut them out in the first half.
[00:38:57] They got shut out in the first half the week before that too. So Nico needs to hold on to the
[00:39:04] football, not turn it over, and be patient. You know, a lot of times Josh Heupel and Nico get
[00:39:10] caught up in trying to make the big play. It reminds me a lot of when Donovan McNabb had
[00:39:16] Deshaun Jackson at wide receiver. He would just step back, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
[00:39:21] and you're either getting sacked, you're throwing a pick because now you're rushing a throw,
[00:39:25] or you're going deep for a touchdown. Now, Alabama secondary, same thing.
[00:39:30] Hasn't played a lot of great quarterbacks this year. We saw what Carson Beck did to them in the
[00:39:35] second half. We saw what Diego Pavia did to them. But in other games this season,
[00:39:42] they were tight matchups. USF, for example, 14-13 in the fourth quarter. They just didn't have the
[00:39:47] quarterback that could pass the ball. You know, they were down in Camp Randall,
[00:39:51] but then the quarterback got hurt. So Alabama has been a lot of fool's gold on defense this year.
[00:39:57] These are not the Nick Saban offensive and defensive lines that we've been used to.
[00:40:02] So Bama's not even tough there the way that we've grown accustomed to. Tennessee, James Pierce,
[00:40:08] you know, who might be the number one pick in the draft this year. You know, they're going to be able
[00:40:12] to bully Alabama's offensive line, I think. Bama, can you hold on to the football? Bama is number 108
[00:40:21] out of 134 teams in time of possession. Can you hold on to the ball? Can you keep Tennessee off,
[00:40:29] can you keep Nico off the field? I think Tennessee's defensive line wins this game.
[00:40:36] Because I think that both secondaries are question marks enough that I'm going to go with the home
[00:40:42] team. You know, Alabama, you saw them. It wasn't just a Georgia thing in that second half. They
[00:40:49] actually lost the bandy. Last week, they were about that close to getting smacked around by Coptober
[00:40:56] and learning the hard way. So I'm going to go with Tennessee to win this game at home and put Alabama
[00:41:03] to the brink of elimination of the playoffs. Like I mentioned, LSU going down to Arkansas.
[00:41:11] You know, I think Arkansas is going to win this game depending on Taylor Greene's health.

[00:49:11] on the Lakers in a play-in game. So don't sleep on the Pelicans, you know, as far as finishing in the
