[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_00]: hanging out there. But these two guys, James Fuhad, Rem Ellis, the whole gang,

[00:01:57] [SPEAKER_00]: it's proof that you start something small and it can build. These two guys started their podcast

[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_00]: on a couch in Manchester, England, the UK. Now they're doing tours in the United States.

[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_00]: They were in Texas, California. They've been to Miami. They did two shows in New York,

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: the same place where they have Broadway shows. So these guys went from a couch in Manchester

[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_00]: to Broadway doing their podcast, did it live. It was dope. It was even better,

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_00]: like necessarily not even better than their podcast, but their podcast has one format

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_00]: and they had a whole different setup for the show and it felt equally as authentic.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_00]: It didn't feel forced. It felt like it flowed. It felt like they really enjoyed

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_00]: like the moment you could tell that it wasn't like a job. You could just tell like they

[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_00]: really enjoyed the moment. I sat super close. I didn't realize the seats were going to be in

[00:02:47] [SPEAKER_00]: the second row. So it was kind of close, like looking up awkwardly. So if you ever

[00:02:51] [SPEAKER_00]: go to a show at the town hall in New York City, get a balcony seat, it just probably

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_00]: feels a little bit better aesthetically. But the show was great. It was funny.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Audience engagement. They were encouraging that, you know, sometimes people want you to

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: be quiet. Don't take any pictures, stuff like that. They were like full on engaged.

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_00]: So once again, two guys started a podcast and now they travel in the world. So

[00:03:12] [SPEAKER_00]: they could do it. So can I, so can you, so can we. So, you know, like you said,

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_00]: do all the free things, share it. You know, we engage a lot of podcasts and we see that their

[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_00]: follower counts going up pretty high, but their content's kind of low. We have high content.

[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_00]: We have, you know, great conversations. And we just want to share as much as we can.

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, I was watching ESPN earlier. It was terrible. So I figured like, yo,

[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And then you had the boy Jason Kidd talking about, oh, clearly the best player on the team

[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_00]: is Jalen Brown. I'm paraphrasing, but he said basically Jalen Brown's the best player on the

[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_00]: team. Like he was trying to stoke the flames. So every accomplishment that this team had,

[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, hell, they finished, they led the conference by like, I think they went by like

[00:12:58] [SPEAKER_00]: 12 games or something like that. And people were still picking one of the West Coast teams

[00:13:02] [SPEAKER_00]: saying, oh, Boston was in the West. They would be fighting for second or whatever. Like

[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_00]: that's not the case. They're out here in the East. So they got everywhere they got an

[00:13:12] [SPEAKER_00]: accomplishment, someone publicly just devalued it. So now you win the championship,

[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_00]: The Olympics. Jamaica in the field, the track and field events.

[00:18:35] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know where they were. I watched a lot of the sprints.

[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_00]: They needed like I was talking to my dad probably like four or five

[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_00]: days ago we were driving and he was like, yeah, the Jamaican men

[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_00]: didn't make the four by 100 final. I was like, what? He's like,

[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_00]: did they drop the baton? He was like, no, they came in fifth.

[00:18:57] [SPEAKER_00]: They finished the race and didn't finish in qualifying position.

[00:19:01] [SPEAKER_00]: It blew my mind. So then I watched the 100 meter hurdlers,

[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_00]: American girl won. I forgot her name, but the Jamaican girl,

[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_00]: she tripped over a hurdle was out of bounds.

[00:19:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Shellyann Fraser Price, she didn't run because they

[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_01]: wouldn't let her through the gate. Yeah, her and Shakari got

[00:19:22] [SPEAKER_01]: caught up having to walk an hour. Yeah, and had to walk

[00:19:24] [SPEAKER_00]: and then she walked and ran and qualified. This one, I should have

[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_00]: wrote down her name when I saw it, but it was one Jamaican,

[00:19:33] [SPEAKER_00]: she does like she did a field event. She didn't do a track event

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_00]: and she went on about what I suspect. It has to be a money

[00:19:43] [SPEAKER_00]: thing with the Jamaican federation that sponsors the track

[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_00]: and field. It's like something was off because they weren't

[00:19:53] [SPEAKER_00]: finishing races. Johann Blake says something about not getting

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_00]: respected in his own country and then this woman, she was talking

[00:20:01] [SPEAKER_00]: about how for two and a half weeks I've been here without my coach

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_00]: and it's like the Jamaican federation, like the people

[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_00]: are supposed to send the money and send the coach and provide

[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_00]: all the funds. Like I didn't have my coach for two and a half

[00:20:14] [SPEAKER_00]: weeks and she was like they only care about the track events,

[00:20:18] [SPEAKER_00]: but she's like the field, like it's track and field, like

[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_00]: we're out here too. It's like I didn't have my coach.

[00:20:22] [SPEAKER_00]: I trained for a whole year and then the two weeks I needed my

[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_00]: coach here to help me. She's like it's not just my coach,

[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_00]: he's part of my life. This has been my life for this long

[00:20:33] [SPEAKER_00]: and I didn't have a major component to my success here

[00:20:37] [SPEAKER_00]: because of Jamaican federation. I felt like when I was watching

[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_00]: these races, how badly they were getting beat in the four

[00:20:47] [SPEAKER_00]: by 400 that the American women dominated as well.

[00:20:50] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about from the Rony, she ran like the second leg

[00:20:52] [SPEAKER_00]: in that dominated, but the Jamaican, she pulled up and just

[00:20:58] [SPEAKER_00]: stopped. They didn't mention the injury. She just they
