[00:02:08] Dejanay Carrington You know, took out Sophia Cunningham And then after that It was like everybody else bumped their heads You know, so I turned on the TV And I saw Ennis Cantor Or, you know, Ennis Cantor Freedom You know, decide that he's going to throw his hat into the WNBA Then I saw Royce White I think I saw Michael Beasley or somebody else What's happening in the WNBA Then I saw him in the WNBA What's happening in these streets Uh

[00:02:38] To not just be ultimately just dismissive It's just It's clout chasing in one format And just being a Advocate for freedom of speech And just kind of being able to express your thoughts publicly They may Believe that what they're doing Has a rationale to it I personally don't granted if they were ever we would tag them in this post and they reach out and say give us the

[00:03:06] why but it's i just don't understand this desire to just cut people down for your own clout and just it's just it's unfair to just be this childish and then make it everybody else's problem and that's and that's the biggest problem that i have with it it's like what point are you trying to prove

[00:03:35] like you know like it's the wba it's for women this the trans lgbtq community and all the the everything that's kind of galvanized these conversations it's a very small percentage and it has very little impact on this country holistically

[00:03:58] but yet people are taking this stance like this hill to die on it's like we were talking about this a week or so ago i get my blood drawn probably like every two months a couple of times in those months and i've been thinking about it since i retired i probably got my blood drawn like 50 or 60 times and every time like the doctor comes in and tells me hey this is what's up these numbers say

[00:04:28] this we're gonna try this cut back on this add this so every every visit i'm getting a little better there's people who don't have health coverage in this country who haven't gotten their blood drawn don't know their numbers but yet people want to die on this hill about trans basketball and in the wmba and then how this like you know you know it's like real problems going on you know people not eating

[00:04:54] i mean like you know like people losing their jobs people losing their jobs to robots people losing their jobs because they don't want to raise minimum wage and you can't work and pay daycare up like there's real problems going on and you want to get on here use your platform wearing a nike hoodie with the nike check x'd out just for a spectacle it's just it's beyond obnoxious and i remember back in the day

[00:05:16] men used to do men's shit this is whole shit men used to matter men used to teach kids in the community men used to used to get every kid into some kind of trade bricklaying men used to do things that make their community better men didn't go out here advocating for clout men didn't go out here starting problems talking shit so someone fights them so they can go on there be like look i'm the

[00:05:42] victim now men used to be real men bring men back you worried about transgender rights and everything else be a man this is not man shit you act like a child toughen up do some man shit i think back in the day he had a real clout he had a real problem with like nike like these chinese companies and like he was really a champion for like something like child labor and things of that nature now he's just like you know i'm gonna be a gimmick because that's how i'm gonna get my money now be a man dog

[00:06:17] so i was thinking about this and you know he made his first claim to fame of course as many do off the back of lebron james you know he became the resident lebron hater started showing up on fox news having all these segments about how awful the nba is while making sure he don't say the name turkalu you know saying because it's hot out in these streets for him and i don't want to make light

[00:06:46] of that that's a serious situation but for somebody that's going through something like that you should choose your words carefully and choose your fights carefully so then i see royce white of all people you know drafted number 16 in the nba draft by the houston rockets and couldn't really have an nba career because he was scared of the planes you know he had a lot of

[00:07:09] anxiety mental health issues and you know so now i see him walking around or whatever that was he had a wig on and it goes back to is this a part of your mental health issues because i'm not trying to make fun of that or anything but what are you trying to accomplish because all i do is think of you and think of someone who couldn't get over their fears to where they cheated themselves out of lots

[00:07:36] of money and then he was talking about you know um at the time where he was an nba player he didn't want to go to the g league because he didn't feel they had the adequate mental health for him so you turn around by like oh hey guess what i'm about to join the wnba draft i got news for you royce they get on planes too you know say then on top of that you know what i mean like you got this whole conversation

[00:08:03] going on and it's just wild to me because like i don't know how these issues become the center of society you know where you know i don't know the numbers it's really really low very minuscule of i guess the amount of transgenders that you know are infiltrating women's sports so to speak you know and beau monty jones warned us about this you know as the wnba started to get a little more

[00:08:31] popular you know um look at what we did as fans look at what we've done to the nba and now like the wnba thinks that they want our viewership they think they want our input but they really don't yeah i don't know man and i don't know where we go from here like i don't know what

[00:08:56] the purpose is because i know sophia cunningham or sophie cunningham started a lot of this with her comments you know she was answering the question and she went on her i don't want to call it a rant but she started talking about men and women's sports and then it just kind of deviated from there and devolved from there to where we are right now correct devolve is the appropriate word

[00:09:22] and that's the problem it's not the there used to be a desire to inspire evolution now for some reason people are just inspired to just create confusion inspired to just be you know thorns in the sides and rocks in the shoe of society when it's like yo you don't have to do

[00:09:48] that there's plenty of things you could do in lieu of being just disruptive well you know you can't have real conversations because the whole reason that you know sports reports disorder became a thing was because we wanted to talk about sports and sound halfway intelligent while doing it you know from the standpoint of not just talking about the same things that everybody talks about not saying all

[00:10:16] the same words you know you don't know ball and all that kind of stuff we wanted to have real raw sports conversations and you know but what has happened from that is that you have these people like ennis cancer out here doing all this stuff that they call rage bait and doing anything to get attention that even if you state an opinion people are like you're rage baiting or you're just trying to get

[00:10:44] clicks and it's like yo if i was trying to get clicks i wouldn't be talking about the sacramento kings if i was trying to you know like like uh one of our overseas last year about the tennessee titans yeah it's like trying to get clicks yeah talking about the carolina panthers and the tennessee titans like i just want to talk about sports sports is a passion of mine you know so all this stuff that these clowns are doing you know takes away from those conversations and i can't even have them

[00:11:12] because anything that i say that you disagree with you're going to think that they're trying to do what they're doing and i'm not i'm just saying how i feel i'm just the odd character yeah but i bring it back to the i don't know the the cesspool essentially that kind of rests in certain

[00:11:36] pockets of social media people used to have real discord where you could say something this person would say something and then a third person to say something and you would have like this dialogue now you can go you can say whatever you want to say and go right to whatever your platform is or your algorithm will confirm your bias and it'll sound like a good deal you eliminate friends because of it

[00:12:05] because you're just not open to having real dialogue surrounding whatever topic you're talking about to the point where like now you're just kind of sheltered into this area where everyone thinks what you're doing is a good idea and then the rest of the world hears it and we're like but with this particular topic what are they trying to accomplish like like what what is the goal of an ennis canter

[00:12:31] or of royce white in this situation i don't is he i don't even is he pro women's sports from that thing from what i gather the whole intent of all of this is keep men out of women's sports which i think most people generally speaking you know what i mean like could be okay with that but it's just the it's just the talk around it and making it uh epidemic when it's not that it is not

[00:13:00] like there's a bunch of men signing up for the wba i don't believe they have any current lawsuits i don't know of a player that is male that is suing the organization or an individual team so i'm like where did this come from like where like where is your where is your motivation coming from other than

[00:13:23] just to i mean are you highlighting absurdity by being absurd because that's pretty ironic yes yeah so yeah that's why that's why it's just weird to me but you know you know that'll be a hill to die on another day you know ennis canter and royce i hope it works out for you not really doesn't you know said because every time y'all speak all i hear

[00:13:49] you know so now let's turn the tables a little bit nfc east you know training camp is open we had the hall of fame game last week you know we got more you know appreciate you got more football coming at you this week but let's start with the nfc east here you know as i said in the opening philadelphia went back to back last year that was the first time anybody went back to back in

[00:14:19] the nfc east since the eagles won it in 2004 so we went 20 plus years without having a repeat champion but of course mr logical we have to start somewhere with this even though the eagles won the division last year correct how many times can nick sirianni get through these seasons with all this drama and

[00:14:43] implosions before he gets removed when they go nine and eight as long as it's double digit wins and they win the nfc east i think he's good well you know because you know we think about it you know a couple years ago they went to the super bowl lost in the last minute to kansas city

[00:15:09] you know came back won the super bowl they had a year where they started 10 and 1 and finished 11 and 6 lost in the first round of the playoffs got embarrassed by tampa you know last year you know saquon you know coming off the 2 000 yard season barely hit a thousand you know and aj brown you know made more news than not just talking about his team talking about

[00:15:35] porn addictions talking about how he needed the ball more and not saying that that's nick sirianni's fault per se but it's just one of those things where like what's the culture there it's i would say that they have a standard of winning and when you win i believe there's money involved and i think everybody wants to make sure that their

[00:16:02] numbers match this money potentially because especially a wire receivers are i don't think a lot of wide receivers get paid for how well they block downfield or being great teammates i think it's always production it's numbers it's the 500 000 a million dollar bonus points they have in their contracts so you know on third and eight you line up across the guy and you get open and you're not getting the ball

[00:16:33] consistently and it's like yo i'm out here just doing cardio and it's not like the offense was booming like the 2 000 yard saquon season because that was opening up so drive number two you run that route and you're open and they go somewhere else you don't convert but they're running the ball so well that the next time that play action he'll be open he'll throw it but because they weren't running the

[00:16:57] ball well last year the coverage is a little tighter but i think there was probably less guys in the box just because they weren't running the ball as well so that was less opportunities i remember one game antonio uh he had a a j a j brown a j brown had a i want to say antonio brown but a j had i think he had four catches like 122 yards but two of them went for touchdowns

[00:17:28] and before that it was like he had it was like two catches for like 60 something yards and then the next couple of catches both went for touchdowns like long touchdowns and i was like if he didn't catch those two balls for touchdowns because they i think they had to game one i forgot what game it was he would have been pissed in the locker room

[00:17:50] so if you're if you're yeah how you feel about the game hinges on you making that play in a win it was going to be tough for him and i think they did it smart i think they handled it well by yo you're a talent we're gonna ride out this season as far as we can go and then in this off season hey we'll take the best deal we can get they didn't sit in the siberia sent them to new england

[00:18:18] you know like listen he did help them win a super bowl championship he scored a touchdown in that game as well so i understand that the trepidation and then the conflict but still a talent and they got a couple they got you know some good return on that investment considering what they traded away to get them they got the same thing to trade them away well you know they had a real crazy season last year if you just go back and look at it you know there was the denver game where

[00:18:46] he ran down the field was wide open jalen threw the ball and it looked like he just gave up on it you know which would have been a big play that would have helped them win that game then they had the game it was either the week before or after where they played the rams and the rams jumped out on them early they got the block field goal you know win at the end then on thursday night football yeah

[00:19:13] then on thursday night football they got their pants pulled down by the giants you know and uh that was just an odd game you know jalen hurts had to pick six to block the brakes off the eels that game yeah i think it was 38 to 15 or something along those lines and it was out of hand so then so then they win the division you know because they come back from 21 nothing against dallas and then they win the

[00:19:37] division they get to the playoffs and then they lose to what was left of the 49ers like the 49ers were at that point they were like 24 and a halfers you know and the eagles lost that game so it was just an odd year so now this year you know looking forward you're kind of hoping that you got a lot of that out your system maybe the locker room's a little bit better this was the first super bowl champion that

[00:20:02] lost in the wild card round since 2019 so this is this was not hey they just lost a playoff game you live and you know play another down but the giants you know have a new sheriff in town you know john harbaugh in at the head coach you know bang bang niner gang you heard it um a lot of people are on the giants this year a lot of people like the giants you know and i know

[00:20:29] we've been big fans of their defense but i don't know if the giants have enough to garner the hype that they've been getting this is not the new york knicks yo the east coast is live right now new york new jersey especially with the obviously the knicks and their dominant run through the playoffs the world cup was you know astronomical philly the the city of philly getting you know getting

[00:20:57] lebron trading away aj you know like it's a lot going on in this region i think everybody's excited about everything going on here and everything is going to be the greatest season to come but when it comes to like the giants i'm still looking at the quarterback young now he has a new system

[00:21:20] there has to be a curve where mistakes are made in that system uh the running back you know they're young lot the two of their you know most exciting offensive players are coming back from injuries that tend to hamper people who use their speed for a living with scadaboo out here doing back flips on a

[00:21:43] surgically repaired ankle um and then malik with all the reports we've been getting all summer were like oh he's good to get he's good he's good he's good and then it's like a slight setback inflammation maybe infection they might have to look at it again oh no he's good he oh he'll be ready maybe he won't yeah i know we're a little bit away but yeah we don't know if he's playing game one and and you know so so if he doesn't like this is going to be a long season for the giants you know uh over in

[00:22:13] washington you know we got new coordinators everywhere you know cliff clingsbury gone joe witts out you know so now you're getting a fresh reboot which is normally not a good sign you know for a coach like dan quinn who is entering year three i mean year one you went to the nfc championship game it fell apart in the middle of that game last year injury central so there's been

[00:22:39] talks that he could be on the hot seat after this year i think it's a little premature for that but at the same time because of the nfc championship appearance if he would have gone a surprise 10 and 7 made the playoffs lost in the first round and then had the injury last year and it's like you know what it's like hey you know what we were yeah but now that that that nfc championship

[00:23:04] is like whoa you really squandered our super bowl contender team and got everybody injured so it's like it's just a narrative that people kind of push but they got to stay healthy up front you can't win a single game not block you well or you're not going to win a lot of them i like houston and then and then you got the dallas cowboys of course you know another year another talented roster you know they

[00:23:31] had they gave up the sixth most points in nfl history last year so all of you out there that like the bangle and the cincinnati bengals you know why don't you turn your eyes over to arlington you know the cowboys defense was awful whether it was the secondary whether it was the linebackers and i know that you know they traded michael parsons before the season started board and kenny clark who's a good player in his own right but when they at the trade deadline

[00:24:01] they went out and got quinnon williams who they re-signed today um three years i believe it was 109 million or so uh they they re-signed him so their defense got better as the season went on a little bit but they just couldn't stop the pass the giants couldn't stop the run washington couldn't stop the run so philly won the division just based on they had the most functional players i guess if you want

[00:24:26] to look at it that way but as we come into this year mr logical this year reminds me a lot of 2022 and what i mean by that is uh philly won that won the division that year 14 and 3 dallas went 12 and 5 the giants went 9 7 and 1 and washington went 8 8 1 that was the year that ron rivera didn't know

[00:24:51] that the tie eliminated them from the playoffs when they lost to cleveland and secured the playoffs for green just don't go to the podium yeah so you know but let's get right into it you know taking it from the top you know say we'll start off with the eagles you know the defending champion of the nfc east so um i'll get to that but what are your initial thoughts on the eagles this year my initial thoughts

[00:25:20] the eagles is the same i don't want to use the word generic but the same simple logic i use every year i think they win up front and i think in any type situation they can lean on that up front you talk about the thick six that's because they had jordan davis and uh

[00:25:47] his name excuse me no you talking about nicobe dean or no one uh the the the big boy from george another one the defensive tackle oh i'm sorry spit gate yes they put those two guys in on a field goal block to secure a victory and one of them at 300 plus pounds

[00:26:15] pick the ball up and ran 20 miles an hour down the field for a touchdown so they have that and i don't think many teams have that like i i'll probably say this once or twice as we're going through these previews you line up most nfl teams one through 53 you're going to get the same general speed size arm strength for the quarterback wide receiver group is going to have a couple of guys over six to

[00:26:43] maybe a couple five ten guys your corners like you're going to have the same thing except some teams going to have exceptional players in different spots philly has exceptional players in their defensive front and their offensive front that they can just rely on especially in this weather out here in philly and those however many games they get outside we can count it up as we go through it but it's like

[00:27:08] those cold weather games they just have it and there's no questions about it there's questions about the offense and passing and everything else but when in doubt they could call 50 runs they can call devontae smith on jet sweeps Makai Lemon whenever he comes back he can run jet sweeps the other way you give it to saquon you can give it to shipley you have jayla hurts keep it you can run

[00:27:34] 50 runs and if you're the philadelphia eagles and win the game because they have that kind of talent in in that that that trench area so so this is the same question that i asked last year about philadelphia because as you know philadelphia is on yet another offensive coordinator so i think this is year 35 that jaylen hurts is going to have another offensive coordinator i don't think he has the same

[00:28:01] offensive coordinator since obama got elected since high school yeah like so so they brought it they bring in sean manion who was the quarterback's coach for the green bay packers so i'm going to ask the same question that i asked last year with a saquon barkley a jaylen hurts who's been an mvp candidate you know as well as saquon you know devontae smith who's won a heisman trophy and you know is a blazer

[00:28:29] down the field that you've got to cover at all times why don't they just hire an experienced offensive coordinator you know they keep trying to find the next best thing you know whether it was you know brian johnson whether it was kevin patulo now sean manion coming in like i said as a quarterback coach no offensive coordinator experience now i don't know how much that matters from the

[00:28:52] standpoint of you were a quarterback coach not a offensive coordinator but i think it has to matter it is show it's shown that it does matter but in the same sense jaylen hurts sirianni the offense has also shown they can kind of handle the ebbs and flows of the different temperaments of

[00:29:20] these offensive coordinator last year was bad and i think their final play of the season was indicative of how elementary it was because i was a lot of conversation when i would you watch like the nfl live breakdown is like listen this is simple two by two they're running four verticals with the running back leaking underneath it was it was and they would run it multiple times throughout the game and i think

[00:29:46] hopefully if you're an eagles fan they can air it out a little more spread it out a little more because devontae smith has shown he's more on the field i'm gonna show you what i am out here on the field and then in the locker room he just shows you like the caliber man he is like he's like i bought a

[00:30:16] juicer because he talked about having a juicer he didn't talk about how many times he gets the ball but when he's out there he balls he catches everything that comes near him so i think with that having that kind of guy in the the game plan you don't have to throw in the ball every time i can't do a.j brown sometimes so i think that i think that helps the dynamic as well do you have any questions about him being a number one receiver no because you can get open you get open yeah so so they went out and got

[00:30:46] him some help beside him you know uh they drafted makai lemon who's been hurt you know most of this training camp session uh you have uh don'tavian wicks you know who they brought in from green bay sean mangan knows him 12.3 yards per catch on his career they brought in you know of all people you know the running joke of the hot box hollywood brown you know so that so that's another speedster

[00:31:11] that they're bringing in to to hopefully loosen up defenses if you will um i like eli stowers from vanderbilt you know he was diego pavia's big target so you know i like adding him and they have a receiver that i like named darius cooper who you know what i mean at like he's not necessarily known yet he's out of tarlington state uh i think it's incredible you can put a whole pineapple in it

[00:31:40] you put a whole pineapple in the juicer and it spits out the rind on one side and you get juice on the other side i'll send a link but yeah it is going to come down to the offensive line because last year they were battered and bruised cam jurgens for example landon dickerson after some injuries last year it just never quite hit the same you know um i think where the eagles still have an edge

[00:32:10] over most of the division is on the other side of the ball you know you talked about jalen carter when he's not spitting on people you know he's one of the best defenders in the league you know jihad campbell came in yeah like like like not even the first play of the game it was like before the play or something like um it was like the kickoff happened and they were spotting the ball

[00:32:34] yeah um so so so like uh they lost uh nicobe dean to the raiders but they drafted jihad campbell last year you know speedster out of alabama at linebacker you know i had questions like i think he's going to be a great player but i just had questions year one how is he going to adjust to the nfl because he was the speed demon in college at linebacker so there's always going to be that adjustment when

[00:33:01] you're coming to the nfl but he passed the test so i think this year you know you're looking at an all pro kind of year maybe he doesn't get selected but he's going to have that type of year um you know quignot mitchell speaks for himself quintanamo bay and then they went out and got reek woolen from seattle to shore up the other spot because you know because you know last year let that happen let them let that happen how they let it how did how did the philadelphia eagles

[00:33:30] get a six foot four super bowl winning quarterback cornerback from seattle like all these other teams didn't need a corner yeah i just won't let all these other people go by and like let him just go to philly well his stock dropped a little bit last year you know they they brought in some other corners and everybody they had a great secondary last year of course seattle and it was just i think

[00:33:56] he just got lost in the shuffle like he's really good but they're really good so i think that's what you lose a six foot four and then you go and then you go well a lot of those six four two i don't think a lot of those six four corners necessarily last very long though like you know they said he moves incredibly well like like a lot of the early reports because you know we get like i get a lot of philly feeds and stuff on tv they're like watching a guy that big move that fast and that well it's

[00:34:25] like great just go ahead well you know you had you had people like a dory jackson you know who i loved in college not so much god they were cooking him yeah he was across from point y'all mitchell a lot of last year you know remember this look at week three on that schedule right there remember last year the chicago bears ran for 281 yards and that game was at the link you know so that adds on to that philly

[00:34:52] uh crazy year zach bond is back again so you know i think aj brown there's going to be an adjustment you know because these guys don't typically play during preseason nowadays so i think it might take a week or two for them to get into the groove but luckily for them they open at home with washington yeah they open at home with washington you know they go to tennessee so if they're not 2-0 then ring

[00:35:19] the alarms you know saying ring the alarm something's afoot in philadelphia but then they get monday night football at chicago so hey they better be motivated for that game after giving up those rushing yards then they get the rams you know it's at home so three and one maybe i personally have three and one after four weeks chicago being the because when i initially did it

[00:35:47] i was like yeah then i can go seven eight no like someone's gonna get them and i feel like chicago chicago is one of those teams that i believe you know we'll talk about them the coach quarterback i don't want to use where egos in a negative context but i think they're gonna they're gonna pull out they're gonna pull out the they're gonna really dig deep in the playbook for

[00:36:13] that philly game it's at home big game i'm not sure it's monday night football so it's like i think that's gonna be the game that's gonna be the i would say kaylett williams coming out party but it's gonna be one of those games where plays from that game will be on his 20 26 highlight reel at the end of the year when people are considering him for awards or you know things of that nature

[00:36:39] like the play against the the rams in the playoffs he's gonna have plays like that in the philly game because i think he's not gonna set it up for that way and do believe the rams got that one circled you know because that playoff game in the snow then of course the block field goal that i talked about earlier from last season so the rams are coming in for blood in that game then they get jacksonville overseas they get carolina before they go into their division stretch of dallas at

[00:37:07] washington and new york so go two and one in that division stretch and you could literally be sitting at seven and two possibly you know like because you you got chicago as a loss i got the rams as a loss but then i think you could get got by jacksonville overseas i got yeah i got the sneaky i got the sneaky jacksonville loss yeah coming off the big game with the rams and of course with the nfc east

[00:37:33] you just never know these teams all hate each other they're big rivals so these games just are all over the place like carolina carolina put them to the test for a past couple years because that was the game i don't know if it was last year mate when xavier leggett had to catch yeah and like it bounced out of its hands so like carolina might be one of those teams that kind of figures it all out and

[00:37:58] they still won and also not for nothing carolina has last season's sack or pass rushing guy you know jalen phillips they got him from philadelphia so that's one of those losses him and n'cobe dean but the eagles are so deep that you don't think it'll affect them but so they got to play him right it has to you know what i mean but then you know by weekend week 10 you know then they get pittsburgh at dallas

[00:38:26] at arizona you know and then that arizona indie is a nice two-game stretch to come off of thanksgiving that's when you add some stuff you add some you add a reverse do you add a wow can't play yeah yeah you attend day rest coming off of the thanksgiving game and those are your two following games then it gets a little rough you know you get seattle coming in you know but by then

[00:40:06] if depending on what this playbook looks like because sean mangan you know the concern is jalen hurts is not jordan love you know and that's not an insult that's not a compliment it's just a fact and from that standpoint jalen hurts has been under the gun lately as far as the criticism people don't believe that he's a great quarterback so i don't know what type of offense you're going to

[00:42:48] it's just that you have other parts on that offense to save him from not having to do that yeah so jalen hurts is one of those guys to me that is a force multiplier based off of his attitude

[00:43:13] you know uh maybe he motivates you know uh the way that he carries himself is infectious to the rest of the team but unflappable yeah but but when i actually look at him like i don't know if you put jalen hurts on say kansas city and they're having the same success that they had with my homes i don't know if that works that way i would say situation i think maybe because i agree maybe because i

[00:43:41] andy reed i think as a teammate i think he can make it happen over the the course of a season but i can see a scenario where like how staffer got the ball in the snow in philly and drove him down the field and jalen carter just made a great move on the center to make the to get the sack to end the game essentially i can see jalen being in that situation not making the throws in the snow but i

[00:44:11] think in that situation he makes the plays in the snow and i believe when you when they talk about him as a quarterback that's the lens people view it through is like yo can i put him on a 23 down four 140 left you got to throw a touchdown i think he'll just run it in from 30 if you turn your back okay so let's take it on over to dallas you know uh the cowboys like i mentioned their defense

[00:45:36] he's going to be one of those guys that you just line up anywhere and just say make a play and i think he's going to do that their corners i still think need a little work i like sioban ravelle he was one of the guys from two years ago in the draft that i liked when he was coming off the injury so you just never know how it's going to go and to your point about reek woolen he's a 6-3 corner you know with speed you know so we'll see how he comes back from that injury they got one of my

[00:46:31] kobe durant so they've addressed some things i still don't know from the corner standpoint like i like the safeties i don't know if the corners are there just yet um offensively javante williams had a great year especially coming off the sad sputter that he had in his last year in denver coming off an injury you know cd lamb george pickens you know jake ferguson you know good

[00:47:00] receiving tight end but brian florinoy who was my sleeper one of my sleepers a couple of drafts ago you know six six you know out of fcs you know he he was fourth in catches last year so i say all that to say dac might go for 5 000 this year and he might have to

[00:47:23] yeah addressing the defense is paramount uh that's terrible uh dac dac always seems to deliver the regal i think dallas is a good team i think jerry's a a pretty solid gm my argument about jerry is there is twofold

[00:48:21] and he gets in the way if dallas starts what we're looking at that's a tough start if dallas beats balsamore and they start out 3 and 0 and that game is in brazil by the way they're gonna put the microphone in jerry's face he's gonna talk about this is super bowl caliber

[00:48:44] winning team so i think this is a tough start for dallas you know um not necessarily the giants they might be fine there because you know hopefully jackson dart isn't running into people on purpose anymore you know scattable we'll see what his status is we'll see what malik neighbor's status is um they get washed in week two it's at home so you know you gotta feel good about that if you're a cowboy

[00:53:46] tough competition i believe the eagle schedule i don't know if it was yeah i believe they they said they have one of the easier schedules which is kind of odd because it's supposed to be the other way around right supposed to be the other way around but i think some some anomalies happen with teams who finish higher in the division than they expected and lost some pieces so it made their schedule a little bit

[00:54:11] uh a little less less less complicated but that is tough because even if they had all the pieces in place even if they were returning a defense that gave up the you know fourth least amount of points if they had an offense that was top seven or eight all the time last year going into this year it would be the same problems that they always had it's like that having made an nfc championship

[00:54:41] game we're like we're on 29 years now 28 29 something like that close enough so they haven't made a super bowl since you know probably like 30 years so those questions will always remain and i think that's the lens that they view their season through so i'm not sure how well dallas has an organization

[00:55:05] from a leadership position from a uh structure position i don't know how well they look at we're on the cincinnati the way that new england they remember like bill belichick was at the podium we're on the cincinnati i don't know if they see the season that way and i think it shows when they have a game like last year where they just let caleb williams throw the ball to open guys all over the

[00:55:30] field i think dac is too good of a player you know of course barring injury you know because dallas does have questions you know they got to figure out if tyler guyton is a part of their future on the offensive line you know uh they got to figure out if they can get a little more production out of jayden blue so so dallas is not out of the woods by any means but i think dallas is talented enough

[00:55:56] to challenge philly for this division the difference is is if that if they were both to make the playoffs i would probably have more confidence in philly going further you know what i mean but i think that dallas from a regular season standpoint peyton manning style is talented enough to get to the dance you know they just won't do nothing dance being a playoffs yeah the dance being the playoffs they

[00:56:22] just won't they just got two left feet when they get to the playoffs yeah the problem that i have with dallas as far as like you know kind of securing or having an elevated level of confidence in them is that the only thing i can kind of rest on in recent history is how well they play at home they just seem to play so well at home and i know last year might be withstanding but just generally

[00:56:52] they're just really a really good home team but that's it like that's like that but quarterbacks and so quarterback can have a great game and three times a defensive tackle can get through unblocking his three fumbles or two fumbles of the pick and his game looks terrible he can go 31 for 40 360 yards a couple touchdowns but it can have some bad turnovers because somebody missed the block

[00:57:19] or a ball goes off somebody's hand so i think kind of just resting solely on a quarterback's arm i think that's hard that's not a sustainable avenue for success and also but like when you look at a team like philly like like we said we they they have talent i trust the trench play i trust what they do in the trenches you know but but i think you know we could see depending on how cooper gene you know

[00:57:45] develops the gene uh reed blankenship could be a big loss for them you know n'kobe dean may not be a big loss per se but it's a loss of a luxury you know and then jalen phillips like i said was their best pass rusher last year he's gone so i don't think philly's defense is going to fall off the face of the earth or anything and drop to like 27th in the league or anything like that but can their but

[00:58:10] the question is can their offense offset the regression that their defense could have now whereas without i think their offensive the defensive regressions is a matter of can these new guys that we kind of saw a year before replace them they're replacing a good defense good defensive players in a good defensive scheme dallas had a terrible defense so we got to see can their defense even

[00:58:40] get going to the point where the office doesn't need 5 000 yards so i just feel like the questions and i think it will because like i said i think i think parker's going to be a better defensive coordinator than ever flus was you know he like i said he brings up a 34 31 game against tennessee and you might not know right now who the winner is because this dallas see what i'm saying like

[00:59:04] can't work just have a time of his life just fold it up i'm saying it could be 34 it could be i know score 30 against anybody hold it up like they could go right back in two weeks and beat seattle having so it's like that's that's the thing i have with dallas and that's that's probably been like the the ebbs and flows of their success for the better part of fuck them three decades

[01:01:50] people like that you know but it wasn't a collective but it wasn't a collective you know to me so um trey amos i'm looking for to have a breakout year he got hurt last year i think he's going to be the answer at corner mike sanistril you know the jersey that i'm wearing right now the team had eight total interceptions last year he had four of them another breakout player is a rookie antonio williams out of clemson i think that he could do some things on special teams

[01:02:43] deronte jones from minnesota so the same way that david the same way that he was a ben johnson disciple the defensive coordinator is a brian flores disciple and it goes back to my question in philly right hire the experienced offensive coordinator so now washington you're hiring all the people that know

[01:03:07] these people got a cup of coffee but i might need the actual prototype you know to be to feel good about this team you know sunny styles you know i was shocked to get him in the nfl draft you know a lot of people had him being off the board by the time we got there at number seven so i was looking at mansor delane you know what i mean but here we are sunny styles i like it i saw video sunny styles

[01:06:17] they got a lot younger you know deron pain is in a contract year this year so i expect the best of him you know uh the question is going to be um the receivers you know so in the draft you know we went and got our what i would like to call our red zone machine katron allen out of penn state so i don't expect to see him down to down but when you get down there i think you know you're going to see him

[01:06:44] on the field a lot the guy that i think is going to be jaden daniel's best friend is rashad white he comes over from tampa bay so i think he's going to be that safety valve on those third and fives you know where the slant gets taken away the dig isn't there he's just going to make a play he's going to be able to get the ball to rashad white and keep the chains moving so i like that for the offense

[01:07:09] but then you still got bill you know what are you going to do with bill that running back so now washington is in a position where when you look at their offense you have jaden daniels who was great during his rookie year and then outside of terry mclaurin everything else is i think you could be good stephan you don't like that you don't do that works

[01:07:40] so so stephan diggs he um you know he does have a nice streak going you know the last potentially get suspended um so so do i i think stephan diggs the route runner is a great wide receiver for jaden daniel's to have will will he be a threat all year i just don't

[01:08:04] know i just don't know if he's gonna do i've i've i remember the buffalo game where he ran a route and they played in a slow motion i believe it was sunday night football so chris collworth you know former wide receiver he loves if people hate on chris collworth i love the fact that he talks glowingly of every single player every single week even though sometimes mahomes not in the game he'll

[01:08:31] bring them up but he talks glowingly and lovingly about every player and they showed this replay three or four times where stephan was at the top of his route he had the corner thinking he was going inside the ball came out he came out of his break and was right there i think he had like maybe eight to ten catches that game but that was also motivation against your former team too either way motivation and

[01:30:27] and they just said giants are going to win they see the draft position of their young talent they see the college highlights of their young talent and they see the measurables of their young talent especially defensively and say oh john harbaugh can make that work as if john harbaugh didn't have lamar jackson and derrick henry for the past few years so it's like let's keep it let's calm down

[01:30:55] it's still the giants you still got to figure out you still have a very young quarterback like i said who i think was stymied and as far as his production and his development last year because he couldn't be a brick he russell wilson couldn't be the bridge quarterback that jackson dart needed because we talk about like the college schemes remember he's talking about he just clapped
